Puma Property Finance offers investors access to secured, first-charge loans on UK real estate. The platform supports professional borrowers throughout the property development lifecycle via three principal offerings: pre-development bridge loans, development finance, and development exit loans. Puma Property Finance has deployed over £1 billion in real estate loans and construction projects since its inception. It continues to grow its market share, building solid relationships with developers seeking loans of between £10 million and £50 million.
Puma Private Equity offers investors access to tax-efficient private equity strategies through our long-standing Venture Capital Trust (VCT) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) offerings. The division supports established, scale-up companies across the UK and operates with a sector-agnostic investment approach. Since its inception, we have launched 14 Puma VCTs. Our latest offers, Puma VCT 13, Puma Alpha VCT, and Puma Alpha EIS, focus on supporting UK SMEs with growth capital between £2 million and £10 million.
Puma Public Markets offers investors access to a discretionary equity portfolio service focusing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). The portfolio is led by a highly experienced fund manager, Stuart Rollason, and seeks to mitigate Inheritance Tax by investing in a carefully selected portfolio of AIM shares. Since inception in July 2014, the portfolio has increased by +77.41%, outperforming both the FTSE AIM All-Share Index (+3.04%) and the FTSE All-Share Index (+15.49%), delivering a compound annual growth rate of 6.77%, materially outperforming the FTSE AIM All-Share Index (+0.34) and FTSE All-Share Index (+1.66%) over the same period.
Today, Shore Capital Asset Management advises Puma Brandenburg and Brandenburg Realty, both of which are real estate investment vehicles seeking to generate strong returns for their investors. Having initially focused on Germany, these vehicles have a wide mandate to deploy capital. Real estate investment remains the core activity and the division benefits from a strong presence in Berlin and London.
