Shore Capital Group Limited (the “Company”), the independent investment group specialising in principal finance, equity capital market activities and alternative asset management, was notified today that, on 28 and 29 May 2014, Kevin Spencer together with Zenith Insurance Management UK Limited, a company which he controls, acquired an aggregate of 215,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £4.15 per share. Following the acquisition Kevin Spencer together with Zenith Insurance Management UK Limited hold in aggregate 900,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
