SCGL Share option exercise period extension

Shore Capital Group Limited, the independent investment group specialising in capital markets, asset management and principal finance, announces that on 27 September 2018, it was resolved to extend the exercise period of the following share options by a further 5 years, previously granted to David Kaye and Simon Fine, the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officers.
