Shore Capital acts as Joint Bookrunner on the placing by Dairy Crest Group Plc
Shore Capital is delighted to have acted on the placing by Dairy Crest Group Plc to raise £70 million for the Company.
The placing represents approximately 9.98 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital at a price of £4.95 pence per share. The placing was launched at 7:01 a.m. and completed at 10:01 am on today, 23 May.
